Let me tell you guys who are dealing in lots of small stuff for overall big profits, big ticket items are pretty much the only way to mega 500g+ profits on one item. But if you're just putting your feet in the water, don't go after epic crafting recipes unless you know a little about the commonality of them. They are fairly frequent, those... depending on which they are. Plans like Hurricane Boots, Shoulderpads of Renewed Life, etc. You see multiples of them all the time. The good thing is that it doesn't take too long to search for them. I recommend searching for "epics" every time you go to the AH just to see. Most of the time the prices are inflated... but every now and again, you have some rich (decked out) 70 who doesn't really care wow gold and puts his epic or pattern up for very low.

Can't wait to do the podcast, but there's a little prep involved as it won't be... or at least most won't be, live due to me checking a few times a day lately instead of once per podcast, which was ok to begin with but risky on finding the best deals.

First success in big ticket items!! Low bid price 160g happen to catch it just before expiration.
Design: Destructive Skyfire Diamond alla median price 500g. So psyched had to boast a bit netted 316g after fees.

One of the things I'm enjoying the most is seeing the very diffrent style you have over my own. One of the things you said at the end of the pod cast was really intresting. You said that if you had about 300 Gold you might buy something in the 200G range that would bring in a 50G profit. I would be very nervous about that.....I guess I'm really conservative. I have made all of my gold buying a lot of small items with smaller profits and smaller risks. On the weekends especialy it is not uncommon for me to have between 150 to 200 items on the AH. The amount of Gold I have in cach is constantly shifting as I buy and sell but I'm slowly closing on 2000 Gold. If I sold everything I have in the Bank my bags and in the mail I would probably be able to just scrape by the 2000 mark. LOL but everything dosent always sell.
