Well, not completely on topic, but its worth mentioning.

As an enchanter, I used to have a bank stock full of enchanting reagents thats either too low for my skill or too high. As I hit lvl 40, I needed gold and decided to auction off all my reagents.

Seems like its free to put enchanting reagent up for auction, and simple stuff like Greater Mystic Essence can fetch around 1g50 on the AH for one. I made around 40g this weekend and only half my reagents sold. Since its free, I can just go put them up for auction again and dont have to worry about gold lost (I had a lvl 34 sword I tried auctioning 3 times... cost me 1g20 to put up each time. In the end I disenchanted it. Was a nice sword and I put it up for way below normal price).

Depends on your level, I suppose. Mageweave Cloth is supposed to be pretty good farming. I'm on level 30 now and I've been grinding Satyrs in Xavian in Ashenvale for good XP and silk drops. If I could have sold/auctioned everything I picked up, I'd have made about 5 g in 2/3 hours. I got 60 silk out of the exercise too.

Oh, and I also ground through about 20,000 rested XP in this time.

Take a lvl 40 or so mage to the SM Graveyard. Gather around all the blue ghosts (or as much as possible), and let the mage spam IAE. Make sure the mage has healing pots or you have a healer with you.

Should get at least two or three greens from the graveyard topside alone, then do the rest and wait for respawn. Lather rinse repeat. Good money drops and green droprate as well. And its not too difficult. Lvl 31 or so mobs
